Line Cook, Full time

We're hiring a part time Line Cook for Parkland Golf and Country Club for a poll side grill.

Ideal candidates are highly dependable, team-oriented, and able to take direction with at least 1-2 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced environment. The Line Cook will assist the Chef and Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all culinary outlets on the property, including but not limited to kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, preparation, and delivery. This position requires adhering to all procedural guidelines established by the Food Service and Safety Department.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

we are looking for a Part time experienced line cooks for a pool side grill

Must be able to cook steaks with the proper temperature

Must be a skilled sandwich maker, knows how to use a flat top/oven/broiler/grill safely

Must be able to take and understand the instructions from the chef

Must be able to work alone and under pressure.

Must know how to read orders and communicate.

Must know basic preparation techniques.

Must be on time

Work hours 10am to 6pm includes weekdays and weekends

Pay: $21/hr
