Purpose:
To provide skill-specific hands-on training that prepares individuals for a career in food service and catering, support of trainees, and classroom management with a customer-first attitude. This position will focus on providing skill training to individuals currently or formerly experiencing addiction recovery.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain skill curriculum that meets the needs of employer partners
Provide adequate, consistent, and regularly scheduled instruction to trainees in a variety of settings including facilitated lectures, workshops, small group instruction, and individualized tutoring.
Provide coaching to trainees surrounding their progress and employment readiness.
Work alongside the Success Coach to ensure trainees presenting with barriers (behavioral or resource-related) are reality counseled, with clear choices, resources, and support in setting goals
Complete required documentation tracking goals, progress, and outcomes for trainees.
Maintain a broad scope of relationships with industry employers, community partners, and Brighton Center staff.

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $37,000 - $42,000.
